Boxing Training for Everyone in GTB Nagar
Boxing is a science, and my academy is open to anyone willing to work hard. We focus on technique, discipline, and building a foundation that lasts.
I provide assistance to a female student mastering the push-up. My goal is to help every individual build strength progressively and with proper form, regardless of their starting point.
A female student working on her conditioning. The session includes dynamic warm-ups like high knees and lunges, building the stamina required for boxing.
Partner-assisted drills help push past limits. Here, a female student performs a challenging bodyweight exercise with support, building strength and trust within the team.
A female student practices her technique with me. We work on everything from skipping and shadow boxing to pad work, ensuring a well-rounded development of her boxing skills.
Strength has no gender. A female student performs overhead plate presses and squats, demonstrating the power and determination we cultivate in all our members.
"Tu chal..." Go on your own journey of discovery. This female student embodies that spirit, pushing through her workout with push-ups, shadow boxing, and bag work.
About Training for Everyone
You do not need to be an athlete to start here. My training focuses on the foundational biomechanics of boxing, which means we correct your stance and footwork from day one. You will spend two hours in a group, but the technique you learn—the jab, the cross, and the defensive movement—is designed to make you a better fighter regardless of whether you are here for the ring or just to get fit.
Many people come to my academy thinking boxing is just a way to lose weight. While you will sweat and get lean, that is only the side effect of doing things the right way. At my GTB Nagar facility, we avoid the flashy gym culture. There is no air conditioning and no quick-fix machinery. Instead, you get iron, rubber mats, and a space where you are forced to confront your own limits.
The 'No Shortcuts' Approach
My teaching philosophy is built on the USSR method, which prioritizes the science of movement. Whether you are training for competition or personal fitness, the steps remain the same:
- Technical Mastery: We break down the peek-a-boo style and classic footwork. You need to know how to move before you can throw a punch.
- Conditioning: You will use tires, sledgehammers, and bodyweight drills. This builds functional strength that holds up outside the gym.
- Mental Resilience: Physical pain kills mental pain. When your body is tired, you learn to find peace in the grind.
Who This Is For
I train everyone from beginners who have never touched a glove to people looking for an athletic edge. The group environment ensures that everyone pushes each other. You are not a number here; you are part of a team that lives by the rule of consistency. If you show up, I am ready to teach you.
Traditional Boxing Academy
I'm Rahul, and I run this academy on one principle: there are no shortcuts to strength or skill. Whether you are here for fitness or to learn the art of boxing, I will teach you the mechanics of the sport while you build real discipline.
