Day 1 of our 7-day transformation challenge. We started with a baseline check and a grueling workout of shoulder rotations, chin-ups, squats, and wrestling drills on a high-protein, low-carb diet.

Day 2 was all about upper body and core. The workout included hundreds of push-ups, dumbbell rows, plank variations, and battle ropes to build muscle and burn fat. The progress is already visible.

Day 3 focused on building powerful legs. The routine consisted of 500 total reps of various squats and lunges, followed by tire flips and hammer throws. You can see the increased definition and vascularity.
