About Training for All Ages
My training for all ages is not about rigid schedules or complex choreography. We start with functional movements that match your current fitness level, such as shadow boxing to build coordination for kids or agility drills for adults. You do not need equipment to start, just the will to show up and stay consistent.
Building the Warrior Mindset
Martial arts is about more than just combat sports like Taekwondo or Boxing; it is about building discipline that lasts a lifetime. I focus on adapting my coaching methods to the student. For children, the goal is focus, agility, and motor skills through fun, structured drills. For adults, the focus shifts to functional strength, stress relief, and practical self-defense techniques that can be applied in real-world scenarios.

I understand that life in Delhi NCR is fast-paced. That is why I do not stick to a single gym model. I bring the training to you, whether it is at your home, a local park, or my academy in Faridabad. My sessions focus on:
- Functional Combat: Mixing techniques from MMA, Kickboxing, and Kalaripayattu to build a versatile skill set.
- Conditioning: Using bodyweight exercises like pushups, lunges, and burpees to improve stamina.
