About Strength and Agility
Real talk: we do not use fancy machines. If you are training at home or in a park, I bring the gear that works—focus mitts, agility cones, and resistance bands. We use what is around us, like park benches for step-ups or terrace walls for support, so you learn to build power anywhere, anytime.
I believe in building the engine, not just the shell. My functional training focuses on explosive movements that translate directly to combat sports like Taekwondo, Boxing, and Kickboxing. We do heavy bag work, calisthenics, and agility drills that force your body to adapt.
Home vs. Studio Training
If you are in Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon, I come to you. My outdoor sessions are raw. We use nature and whatever infrastructure we find to keep the intensity high. If you want the full experience, come to my Warrior Fight Club in Faridabad. We have the mats, the heavy bags, and the environment to really push your limits.
What we focus on:
- Functional Strength: Deadlifts, push-up variations, and partner drills that build real-world power.
- Agility: Cone drills to improve footwork for kickboxing, MMA, or just better movement.
- Adaptability: Sessions are customized for everyone from absolute beginners to experienced fighters.
