About Combat Sports & Fitness Training
My Approach
Main ek fitness freak hoon (I’m a fitness freak) and training is literally my oxygen. I’m not just about the flashy moves or travel stories - I’m serious about building discipline, strength, and that stubborn mindset that refuses to quit. If you want your life to feel like a blockbuster, I’m here for it, but you’ve gotta put in the work.
What We Actually Do
- Mixed martial arts and boxing - from MMA striking drills to pad work inspired by legends.
- Grappling, throws, and partner fight choreography.
- Agility and boxing footwork training, with flow drills to get you moving sharp.
- Functional strength workouts: calisthenics, handstands, pull-ups, Russian dips, HIIT, and tough core stuff (yep, planks that hold weight).
- Flexibility - not just an afterthought, dedicated stretching routines because splits aren’t just for show.
Mindset Matters
Victory starts in your head. I push for consistency, not shortcuts. Progress over perfection, everyday grind. We talk to ourselves like champions, not critics.
Training with Injuries
Ligament tear? Been there. Doctor said rest, but I saw it as wonderful opportunity hai (a wonderful opportunity) to work on my weak spots. Problems aati hain, solutions bhi hote hain (Problems come, solutions do too). I tweak workouts to train around injuries, focusing on recovery and what’s possible.
Nutrition and Location
Clean fuel only - natural food, no fake boosters. We train in a proper combat gym in Delhi or outdoors in parks, using whatever the environment throws at us.

My Story
People spot me in flashy outfits, think Dubai-Goa glam is all I am. Arre bhai, don’t get fooled – I can still take you down! Training is my oxygen, even after tearing my ligament. Doc said no pressure, but I see this as a chance to fix my weak leg. Problems? Bas, put in the effort to change. Fabulous 40s, glowing, I don’t chase trophies, I chase the me that never quits.
My Work
MMA, Fitness & Action - We do MMA training, fitness coaching, create fight sequences, plus guided cupping therapy and deep tissue recovery.
Mindset Matters Most - Training with us is tough, but regret stings more. Jeet sirf arena mein nahi hoti, body ke andar bhi jeetni padti hai.
Healthy Food, Real Taste - FITNUT jars and bowls – wholesome breakfast, naturally sweetened, no preservatives. Bhuke pet pe laat nahi maarna chahiye.
Training, Real Life Style - No drill sergeant drama here. We laugh, make funny videos, and yes, sometimes I get 'daba ke patka' too!
