You will not find air conditioning or mirrors here. We train in an industrial garage space using tractor tires, kettlebells, and heavy bags. This environment is built for heat, sweat, and focused, high-intensity work that mimics the conditions of real combat, not a comfortable club.
Training at Tiger Tongue is fundamentally different from a standard gym workout. We strip away the distractions to focus on compound movements that translate to real-world power. Whether you are performing deadlifts or kettlebell swings, the objective is to build durability that lasts. My sessions prioritize mobility and injury prevention because a strong body that cannot move is useless. We focus on heavy compound lifts, but balance them with high-rep conditioning drills that test your mental grit. You will learn to control your breath, maintain your form when tired, and push through the moments when you want to quit. This is the mindset of a fighter, and it is what we cultivate here every day.
