My competition prep covers everything from tactical pad work to aggressive weight management and mental conditioning. You are not just training for fitness here, you are training to perform when it actually counts.

The hardest fight happens before the bell even rings. I subject my competitors to high-intensity finishers when they are already exhausted to teach them how to stay calm when the adrenaline spikes. You will learn to control your breathing and your internal dialogue under duress.
