We don't do gym fluff. We build functional strength with sledgehammers, tyres, and grit. This is how you develop the kind of power that actually works in the ring—and in life.

This is the core of our philosophy. A montage of my own training, from kettlebell flows for power endurance to heavy sled pulls for raw strength. This is how we build fighters from the ground up.

This is functional strength in its purest form. Sledgehammer strikes and tyre work build explosive, full-body power and conditioning that you can't get from a machine.

It's about strict reps and real grind. Here I'm demonstrating plate halos for shoulder stability and core strength, followed by heavy bag work to translate that strength into power. This is fighter fuel.

A typical conditioning circuit at our gym. You'll see members executing push-ups under my watch, moving to tyre jumps for agility, and finishing with kettlebell swings for explosive hip drive.

Form is everything here. We teach the deadlift with perfect technique to build a powerful posterior chain safely. You can see me guiding a member to ensure every rep is building strength, not risking injury.

We use a variety of exercises to build a strong back and core. This member is working on pull-ups on our monkey bars for grip and back strength, followed by sandbag lifts for functional power.

The weighted sled is one of our favorite tools for building insane leg drive and cardiovascular endurance. Here you see a member giving it his all on the turf track, a staple in our conditioning workouts.

We train for every scenario. This sequence shows a member building pulling strength with the sled, then transitioning to ground and pound drills on a grappling dummy to simulate a real fight situation.

Our training isn't limited to the gym. This outdoor session shows a member working on explosive power with medicine ball throws after a conditioning run. We use every environment to make you better.

Agility and explosive power are key. This video shows a member performing jump squats, a fundamental plyometric exercise we use to develop the fast-twitch muscle fibers needed for combat sports.

About Functional Strength & Conditioning

Forget shiny machines and posing mirrors. Our sessions are built around raw, functional movements like tyre flips, sledgehammer strikes, and weighted sled pushes that test your limits every single time. It is messy, it is intense, and it is exactly how we build the kind of full-body power that carries over into real life.
