My story is one of overcoming. After becoming disabled, I chose to fight back and represent my country in multiple sports. I use that same mindset to coach every person who walks through my door.
This is what I mean by no excuses. This client, an adaptive athlete, is putting in the work. He's doing suspension trainer exercises and hitting the bag, proving that the only real disability is a bad attitude.
Combat fitness is for all ages. Here you see me coaching one of our youngest members on the pads. We build confidence, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle from an early age.
Our Health Hour is for everyone. This video shows kids doing squats, adults doing combat drills, and a mix of strength and conditioning. Fitness is a lifelong journey, and we welcome all ages.

About this collection
We don't use air conditioning or fancy machines here. Our garage gym setup at RK Hegde Nagar is built for raw intensity using tractor tires, battle ropes, and heavy bags. Come prepared to work, because at this gym, you earn every bit of progress yourself.
If you want a space where you can cruise through a workout while scrolling on your phone, look elsewhere. My training philosophy at Tiger Tongue is simple: you show up, you sweat, and you earn your progress. We strip away the fluff to focus entirely on raw combat fitness.
The Reality of Training
Our facility is an industrial garage setup. It is fan-cooled, not AC-chilled, because you need to embrace the grind to build real stamina. We utilize tractor tires for flips, heavy medicine balls, and battle ropes to build functional strength that actually translates to your daily life.
Combat Foundations
We integrate boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing into our sessions. This isn't just about punching bags. It’s about learning to move, protecting your body, and building mental resilience. I founded this space after representing India in the Cybathlon, the bionic Olympics. I know firsthand that physical limits are often mental blocks. My training adapts to you. We prioritize mobility and technique over ego-lifting to keep you in the game for the long haul.
