- Form First: Before you strike a bag or lift a kettlebell, I correct your posture. If your form is off, the workout is a waste of time.

Whether you are joining for a 6-week intensive program or our regular combat cardio sessions in RK Hegde Nagar, you are here to learn. We do not sugarcoat your limitations. If your back is stiff or your squat depth is shallow, I will tell you. Then, we will work together to fix it. We use battle ropes, heavy medicine balls, and intense shadow boxing, but we always warm up and cool down with a focus on longevity.
