Step into our space in Banashankari. This is where we trade excuses for sweat, training everything from striking fundamentals to real-world ground work.

A typical day at Bold MMA. We start with conditioning like pushups to build a strong base, then move to technical drills like boxing pad work, and finish with heavy bag training to build power.

Our kickboxing classes focus on repetition and form. Here, our members practice combinations on pads, honing their power, speed, and accuracy under the watchful eye of a coach.

This is a glimpse into our fighter conditioning program. We combine bodyweight exercises, shadow boxing, and drills to build the engine you need to perform, round after round.

About The Grind: Training in Action

Don't expect a polished, air-conditioned studio here. Our facility in Banashankari is built for function, with 25mm foam mats and heavy bags that get battered daily. You will be working through high-repetition drills in the natural Bengaluru heat, and yes, it gets sweaty and loud. We don't hide the grind because that is where the technique actually sticks.
