If you are joining us, come ready to work hard from day one, as we focus entirely on discipline, form, and getting you fight-ready.
We started this institute because we had nowhere else to go. We faced the struggle of training without support, so we built our own 'devasthana'—our temple—where the art of eight limbs is respected and taught with intensity. This is not a fitness center for those looking for an easy sweat. We are a combat sports community for anyone who wants to learn Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, or MMA.
Whether you are a beginner stepping onto the mats for the first time or an athlete looking to compete, the training philosophy remains the same. You are treated as a fighter, not a customer. Our group classes in Doddanekundi, Marathahalli, Varthur, and ITPL Main Road are led by active competitors and medalists who know exactly what it takes to win in the ring. We focus on the basics of striking and ground game, conditioning your body to endure, and building the mental toughness of a soldier. If you are serious about your progression, we run grading camps where your skills are tested and recognized. We believe that if you put in the time, you belong here.
