No-nonsense self-defense training for corporate teams, students, and individuals. Learn real-world grit and effective striking skills at my Koramangala dojo or your venue.

I teach the discipline of Kyokushin karate, focusing on techniques that are practical for self-defense. This is from an outdoor training camp, where we build both skill and spirit.

Strength is not just for the dojo. We use unconventional methods like tractor tire training to build the real-world, functional power you need to be confident and capable.

I conduct self-defense workshops for students of all ages. Here, I am guiding a group of schoolgirls through basic footwork and kicking drills to build their confidence and awareness.

Hands-on instruction is key. In my workshops, I provide personal guidance to each participant, ensuring they understand the mechanics of a block or strike correctly.

Safety is the priority in our controlled sparring, or kumite. Here, students practice their timing and reflexes using protective headgear in a supervised environment.

Pad work is essential for learning how to strike with power and accuracy. I work directly with students to refine their punching combinations and footwork.

About Featured

I do not teach theory; I teach reaction. In these sessions, you aren't just standing in a line. We use focus mitts, kicking shields, and even tractor tires to build the functional strength and muscle memory you will actually need if a situation goes wrong.
