Muay Thai & Combat Fitness Training in Bengaluru
Whether you want to master the sweet science of boxing, build practical self-defense skills, or just clear your head after work, my sessions are built for real results. No magic, just consistency.
My late evening sessions in Richmond Town are perfect for busy professionals who need a powerful way to de-stress after a long day at work. Here, we're working on kickboxing drills, focusing on combining punches and kicks to build stamina and coordination. It's a great workout that sharpens both body and mind.
This is what the hard work leads to. Celebrating with my student Divij and his family after his win at SlugFest. I run intensive fight camps for competitive boxers and MMA fighters, which include tactical training, conditioning, and disciplined weight cut management to ensure peak performance on fight night.
I know what it’s like to start from zero. This video shows my own journey recovering from a severe shoulder surgery. The process taught me the true meaning of *Dhairya* (patience). It’s a reminder that progress is a slow grind, and I bring that understanding to every person I train, especially those recovering from injuries or just starting out.
Sparring is where theory becomes reality. This is a clip from a boxing sparring session during a fight camp, where we focus on footwork, head movement, and counter-punching. It’s not about winning or losing in the gym; it’s about the slow grind toward perfection and pushing each other to get better every day.
My training is not one size fits all. This shows a mix of what we do, from outdoor Muay Thai sparring and indoor partner drills to fundamental movement exercises for kids. Whether you are training for a fight or just want to learn a new skill, the focus is always on practical, hands-on work.
My approach to combat sports is built on three pillars: *Dhairya* (patience), *Ekagrata* (focus), and *Shakti* (strength). I am here to guide you on your fitness journey, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fighter.
About Featured
My sessions are built for those who want real, raw training. You won't find AC or fancy gym mirrors here. What you get is focused Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing drills in a space that prioritizes your technique, footwork, and conditioning over amenities. I keep batches small—6 to 10 people—so I can personally correct your guard height or punch angles every single time.
The Slow Grind Approach
I don't sell instant transformations. I teach the 'slow grind'—a process where we strip away the ego and focus on the fundamentals. My training is rooted in Dhairya (patience) and Ekagrata (focus). If you are looking for a place to train, expect to sweat. We drill heavy bags, partner work, and shadow boxing until your muscle memory takes over.
Where We Train
I run sessions in Richmond Town and New BEL Road areas. The environment is raw: concrete or matted floors, natural ventilation, and the focus is entirely on your output.
Who Is This For?
- Busy Professionals: Need a place to de-stress? My evening sessions are designed to help you leave the day's pressure on the mat.
- Beginners: Never thrown a punch? I start from the ground up, ensuring your footwork and stance are solid before we move to speed or power.
- Fighters: If you have competition in mind, I run intensive fight camps covering tactical sparring, conditioning, and weight-management protocols.
Practical Self-Defense
Beyond the ring, I teach no-nonsense street self-defense. We don't rely on choreographed moves. We train for practical scenarios, focusing on reflexes and awareness so you have the confidence to handle things if they go south in real life.
