Real Yoga Classes: Studio, Group, and Corporate Sessions
Step inside my classes—from busy corporate offices to our calm studio in Rohini. See how we move, breathe, and find stillness together.
It was an honor to guide this group of seekers from the USA on their Yoga Yatra. This moment was a manifestation of a long-held dream. It reminded me that the language of yoga is universal, connecting us all through energy and presence.
Leading this session for my international students was a profound experience. I was nervous at first, but I centered myself and let the energy flow. It was a beautiful reminder that yoga transcends language and connects us at a soul level.
A short clip from an outdoor yoga session. The quote "Don't analyze your life more than you live it" is a perfect summary of our practice. We focus on being present in the moment, feeling the poses, and letting go of overthinking.
A wonderful moment from a corporate yoga session with SMC Global and Zoo Media Network. It's amazing to see colleagues come together to breathe, stretch, and find a moment of peace in their busy workday.
The team at SMC Global's insurance office fully embracing the spirit of yoga. We practiced Tadasana with an arm stretch, a simple yet effective way to open up the chest and energize the body during the workday.
The creative and enthusiastic team at Zoo Media Network after our Yoga Day session. Their energy was infectious, and it was a joy to share my passion with such a wonderful group of people.
A snapshot from one of my group classes. Here, my students are in Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle Pose), a restorative posture that opens the hips and promotes relaxation. Guiding them on their journey is my greatest joy.
Capturing a moment of shared practice and connection with my students. Every class is a unique journey, and it's a privilege to hold space for each person to explore their own balance, strength, and inner peace.
A glimpse into the serene atmosphere of one of my yoga classes. We end our practice with a collective "Shanti" chant, creating a wave of peace that everyone can carry with them off the mat.
Leading a group session where we explore the power of belief. I remind my students that they have the divine ability to become what they believe. The energy of a group practicing together amplifies this powerful intention.
About My Classes in Action
In these sessions, I prioritize tactile alignment and breathwork to ensure you are not just copying poses, but truly understanding them. Whether you are part of a corporate group in Gurgaon or a regular student in my Rohini studio, my focus is on helping you move from a state of constant mental noise to a place of conscious, calm presence.
My teaching philosophy is simple: yoga is not about perfection, but about connection. In my group classes at our Vasudevam Play School studio in Rohini, we use props like wall ropes and bolsters to support spinal alignment and ease you into restorative poses. This isn't a gym workout. It is a space to decompress.
For corporate clients—like the teams I have worked with at SMC Global and Zoo Media Network—the approach shifts to accessibility. We focus on techniques that professionals can use to manage stress, improve posture, and regain focus during a hectic workday. From guided pranayama sessions to simple Tadasana arm stretches, I design these practices to fit into the reality of your life, not the other way around.
Whether you are joining an online membership or stepping into my studio, we work on the foundations: Bhramari for anxiety, Dhyana for mental clarity, and consistent movement to build the strength you need for daily life. If you feel stuck, restless, or simply disconnected, these classes provide the tools to witness your own mind and start the process of settling it.
