Welcome to my practice. Here I am leading an Aqua Yoga session, a unique style that combines the gentle resistance of water with mindful yoga postures. It's a fantastic low impact workout that improves flexibility, strength, and balance, making it perfect for everyone.

In my studio classes, we often use props like the yoga wheel to explore poses more deeply and safely. Here, my students are in a heart opening backbend, using the wheel to support their spine, enhance flexibility, and build core strength.

Aerial yoga is about finding your inner strength and learning to trust yourself. This video captures the essence of our practice: being so rooted in yourself that nothing can disturb your inner peace. It's a journey of building physical and mental resilience, one breath at a time.

Bringing wellness to the workplace with a corporate yoga session. I guide employees through simple yet effective pranayama, or breathwork, techniques that can be done right at their desks to reduce stress, improve focus, and boost productivity.
