In-Studio Group Yoga Classes in Noida
Join our community at the studio, where we practice yoga not as an exercise, but as a path to mental peace and physical balance.
Participants in my studio class are seen here practicing Vyaghrasana, or Balancing Table Pose. This asana is excellent for improving balance, strengthening the core, and creating stability in both body and mind.
Here, my students are practicing Urdhva Prasarita Padasana (Raised Legs Pose). This is a foundational core-strengthening exercise that also helps improve circulation and relieve tension in the lower back, making it great for those who sit for long hours.

In my classes, I also guide more experienced practitioners to safely explore advanced postures. Here, a student works on a variation of Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), demonstrating strength, flexibility, and trust in their practice.
About In-Studio Group Classes
In our studio sessions, I focus on correcting your alignment based on your individual needs rather than pushing everyone into a uniform pose. We balance our asana practice with brief Ayurvedic guidance, ensuring that you leave the mat feeling aligned in both body and mind, not just physically tired.
While many places treat yoga as a simple workout, at Amritam Yog, we view the studio as a modern-day Gurukul. When you join our group classes in Noida, you are not just attending a session; you are entering a space dedicated to the union of body, breath, and consciousness.
Why Studio Practice Matters
Most people practice yoga in isolation at home. However, practicing in a group setting creates a collective energy that is difficult to replicate. Being in the studio allows me to observe your practice closely. Whether you are working on foundational poses like Tadasana or more advanced variations, I am there to provide tactile adjustments and guide you away from common injury-prone habits.
Our Holistic Approach
We do not just teach asanas. Each session is a structured progression that integrates:
- Body Purification: Techniques to help with digestion and metabolic balance.
- Pranayama: Controlled breathing to stabilize the mind before moving the body.
- Ayurvedic Wisdom: Simple, practical advice on diet and sleep rhythms that you can apply immediately to improve your work-life balance.
Who Is This For?
Our classes are designed for everyone. Whether you are a beginner looking to improve flexibility, someone dealing with chronic desk-strain, or a practitioner seeking to deepen your meditation practice, the studio offers a safe environment. We avoid the 'one-size-fits-all' model, adjusting our cues to accommodate different fitness levels and health conditions. This is a space for those who want to understand the 'why' behind the movement.
