It's never too early to start a yoga journey. In our kids' yoga classes, we help children build strength and concentration in a fun way, like with this challenging balancing asana.

We use all the tools in our studio, including the barre, to help you get the deepest stretch possible. These assisted side stretches are fantastic for increasing flexibility along the entire side of your body.
Personal attention is key to safe and effective practice. I am always there in our group sessions to provide hands-on adjustments, ensuring your alignment is correct for poses like the forward fold.

Whether you are aiming for flexibility or just need to de-stress after work, we make sure you learn the right form from day one.
Our studio in Anand Vihar is built on the belief that health is the only true wealth. We keep it real here. If you are looking for Power Yoga to get your heart rate up or gentle Hatha Yoga to build your foundation, you will find a spot in our morning or evening batches.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. Our Prenatal classes are carefully modified to ensure safety and comfort for expecting mothers, focusing on pelvic health and breathing techniques. For the younger ones, our Kids' Yoga helps build concentration and posture, actively working to counteract the strain from heavy school bags.
Facilities: We provide a fully equipped space with AC, wall-mounted barres for deep stretching, and all the props like foam blocks and stability balls you need. You do not need to bring anything except your intent to move. We monitor your progress with hands-on adjustments because your alignment matters more than finishing the pose perfectly.
