A glimpse of a high-energy mat exercise session focused on building a strong core. Students are seen practicing different variations of crunches and the classic Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles.
Our full-body mat exercises are designed to improve strength and flexibility from head to toe. This session includes dynamic movements on all fours, deep side stretches, and partner-assisted stretches to deepen the practice.

Our Power Yoga and core fitness program at Capetown Club-2 is designed for those who want to see real changes in their stamina and mobility. Unlike large gym classes where you are just a number, we keep our batches small, typically between 10 to 15 participants. This allows us to focus on individual form, ensuring you are engaging your muscles correctly rather than just going through the motions.
What we focus on
- Power Yoga: We combine Hatha foundations with high-intensity sequences to help with calorie burning, weight management, and building long-term stamina.
- Core Conditioning: Through targeted mat exercises, we focus on the abdominal and back muscles, which are crucial for maintaining good posture and reducing daily aches.
- Functional Props: We use sticks and partner resistance exercises. This adds a layer of fun to the workout while ensuring you get a deep stretch that solo yoga often misses.
