Build strength, stamina, and better posture with our group-focused Power Yoga and core conditioning sessions, right in the heart of Sector 74.

This video shows some of the core-focused exercises we incorporate into our fitness sessions. You can see students engaging their abdominal muscles with leg raises and using small weights for added resistance during sit-ups.

A glimpse of a high-energy mat exercise session focused on building a strong core. Students are seen practicing different variations of crunches and the classic Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles.

Our full-body mat exercises are designed to improve strength and flexibility from head to toe. This session includes dynamic movements on all fours, deep side stretches, and partner-assisted stretches to deepen the practice.
