Welcome to your urban ashram. We created this space as a retreat from the busy city, a place to practice yoga, enjoy nourishing food, and find a moment of quiet for yourself. Come visit us soon.

We believe in food that is both delicious and soulful. Here is a look at how we prepare our special Burmese curry with red rice noodles, made from scratch with fresh, organic ingredients to nourish you from the inside out.

Find your center in our Hatha Yoga and Sound Healing workshops. We guide you through mindful movement to connect with the present moment, followed by the deep relaxation of a sound bath to restore your energy.

Some of our most beautiful connections are made over a shared meal. Our 'Dinner with Strangers' event is a chance to come solo, enjoy healthy, soul-hugging food in our library, and leave with a full heart and new friends.
