We believe in food that is both delicious and soulful. Here is a look at how we prepare our special Burmese curry with red rice noodles, made from scratch with fresh, organic ingredients to nourish you from the inside out.

Find your center in our Hatha Yoga and Sound Healing workshops. We guide you through mindful movement to connect with the present moment, followed by the deep relaxation of a sound bath to restore your energy.

Some of our most beautiful connections are made over a shared meal. Our 'Dinner with Strangers' event is a chance to come solo, enjoy healthy, soul-hugging food in our library, and leave with a full heart and new friends.

Whether you are stopping by for our signature Burmese curry, looking to join a meditative sound healing circle, or just need a quiet corner to work with a house-made smoothie, you don’t need a membership to feel at home. We invite you to sit, breathe, and find your own pace in the middle of your day.

The Yoga House is designed to be more than a fitness studio or a cafe; it is a space to unplug. We emphasize the concept of an urban ashram, where wellness extends beyond the yoga mat and into every aspect of your daily life.

Mindful Nutrition

Our cafe serves simple, vegetarian food that nourishes without feeling heavy. Everything is made from scratch, focusing on seasonal and organic ingredients. Think plant-based bowls, sattvic meals, and our famous gluten-free chocolate mango cake. It is food intended to make you feel light, focused, and satisfied.

The Space & Community

We built this environment to mimic those slow summer holiday days. You will find cozy nooks, an in-house library for quiet reading, and floor seating with bolsters if you prefer to be grounded. Beyond the solitary moments, we host community-focused events like our 'Dinner with Strangers,' where you can connect with new people over a shared, healthy meal in a relaxed setting.

Wellness Beyond Poses

While we offer various yoga styles including Hatha and Ashtanga, our healing approach is holistic. We incorporate breathwork, meditation, and sound healing sessions using Tibetan and crystal bowls. These practices are designed to help you release stress, balance hormones, and find your bindu, or center, even when life outside feels chaotic. We are here to support your journey back to yourself, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
