Authentic Pork Dishes from Northeast India
From smoky dry fries to traditional curries with pungent bamboo shoot, these are the pork dishes that feel like home.
Our spicy Pork Dry Fry is a customer favourite. Tender pieces of pork are fried with onions, ginger, garlic, and fiery chillies for a perfect starter or side dish.
This is Gahori Manxo logot Lai Xaak, a classic Assamese dish of pork cooked with mustard leaves. The slight bitterness of the greens perfectly complements the richness of the pork.
Try our special Pork Bhujiya, a crispy and savoury dish. Thinly sliced pork is fried until crunchy and garnished with fresh vegetables, making it a very addictive snack.

About Pork Lover's Corner
When you order our pork, know that we don't believe in pre-cooking or freezing meat. We prepare your dish fresh from scratch using high-quality cuts with a 30:70 fat-to-meat ratio, which gives our curries and dry fries that signature, rich texture you expect from traditional recipes.
Authentic Northeast Indian pork dishes require patience and specific ingredients that many Mumbai kitchens overlook. Here, we prioritize the traditional flavour profile over shortcuts. Whether it is our Gahori Manxo logot Lai Xaak (pork with mustard leaves) or our spicy dry fry, every plate is built on the foundation of the ingredients we source directly from home.
The Ingredients Matter
You will find the distinctive, pungent aroma of Axone (fermented soybean) and the tang of bamboo shoot in our signature curries. These are not just add-ons; they are the heart of Naga and Assamese cooking. We use Raja Marcha for heat, ensuring that if a dish is meant to be fiery, it hits exactly the right note.
How We Prepare
Because we refuse to stock pre-cooked meats, every order takes about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. We want the meat to absorb the spices, not just sit in a gravy. For those who prefer a cleaner taste, we offer pork boiled with simple herbs, while those looking for the full experience can opt for our wood-smoked pork dishes.
Located in Andheri West, we bring these flavours to your table with the same 'barkat' (abundance) you would find in our homes. Whether you are new to Northeast cuisine or a regular looking for that familiar taste, our kitchen is open to share these roots with you.
The Taste of Northeast
Bringing the taste of my Northeast home to Mumbai is pure magic for me. This place isn't just business, it's sharing our culture and love with you—come, feel at home.
