The Dish
- Momos: One plate contains 8 pieces. These are medium-large with home-style wrapping (thicker skin).
- Thukpa: One large bowl (approx. 400-500ml) serving as a standalone meal for one.
- Fillings: Choice of Vegetable, Minced Chicken, or Pork (approx 30:70 fat-to-meat ratio).
- Preparation: Available as Steamed, Deep Fried, Peri-Peri, or Chilli (Pan-fried).
Accompaniments
- Chutney: Served with authentic Raja Marcha (King Chilli) chutney. Very high spice level.
- Broth: Steamed momos include a small cup of clear vegetable or chicken stock.
Prep & Quality
- Freshness: Made-to-order preparation (never frozen/stocked). Prep time is approx 15-20 minutes.
- Flavor Profile: Minimal masala, relying on ginger, onion, and natural meat juices.
Regional Full Meal Thalis
Core Components
- Staple: Generous serving of Steamed Rice or Joha Rice (Aromatic Assamese rice).
- Main Protein: Choice of Chicken (Axomia/Naga style), Pork (with greens/bamboo), or Fish (Tenga curry). Portion is approx 3-4 pieces or 150g.
- Dal: A bowl of home-style light lentils.
Traditional Sides
- Aloo Pitika: Mashed potatoes with mustard oil, onions, and chillies.
- Begun Bhaja: 1-2 slices of fried eggplant.
- Vegetables: Seasonal green leafy stir-fry or mixed dry veg.
- Chutney: Small serving of spicy fermented chutney.
Serving Style
- Plating: Served in a standard sectioned thali or with individual bowls.
- Taste Profile: Savory with mustard oil pungency. Low on Garam Masala.

- Assam black rice dishes, sticky rice, and Joha rice for that authentic touch

- Our thalis let you try a whole region in one go - Assam, Nagaland, or Manipur traditional thali, each with its own mix of curries, dal, rice, and sides
- Pork with Bamboo Shoot, Pork with Axone, smoked pork, plus buff, duck, chicken, and fish curries for meat lovers
- Zero oil options like Chicken Boil and Fish Boil, cooked only with herbs and spices
- Momos, ekdum fresh (super fresh), made daily by our dai (chef) - chicken, pork, and veg

Hey, I’m just someone who loves good food and good vibes. Life for me is all about enjoying every bit, finding new roads on my bike, and sharing my roots. Started with empty tables, now we’re packed with music and laughter. Bringing the taste of my Northeast home to Mumbai is magic.
