Yoga is meant to be shared in the open air, where we can breathe and move together. Join us in local Noida parks for simple, effective Hatha Yoga sessions that bring neighbors together.

Participants practicing Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) on the grass. My classes include a mix of poses to build both strength and flexibility.

Students practicing Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), an important inversion for improving circulation. I guide everyone safely into and out of the pose.

The session concludes with Savasana, allowing everyone to absorb the benefits of the practice and find a moment of deep rest. Hamesha muskurate rahe.

About Community Yoga in the Park

You do not need a fancy studio to find your balance. In these park sessions, we keep it simple: bring your own mat, wear something comfortable, and come with an open mind. Whether it is the cool morning grass or the sounds of the neighborhood, we adapt our practice to the environment, making yoga truly accessible for everyone from kids to grandparents.
