Practicing yoga outdoors connects you to the elements and grounds your energy. I lead sessions in Bangalore parks and natural spaces to help you find balance.

Breathing in the mountain air with a powerful Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I) pose. Every mountain is a reminder of strength, stillness, and the beauty of surrender.

Rooted to the earth, reaching for the sky. This video captures moments from a yoga practice during a trek, including Warrior Pose and Crow Pose, showing how yoga can be a part of any adventure.

Holding Goddess Pose on a rock overlooking the hills. To me, this pose is a reminder to live life as a goddess, embracing your own strength and power.

Finding my balance in Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) on a mountain trail. This pose teaches focus and stability, both on and off the mat.

Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) on a hilltop. I believe yoga is a secret weapon for life, teaching us grace, balance, and strength.

Blooming with grace in Vrikshasana (Tree Pose). Wherever life plants you, you have the ability to stand tall and find your light.

The inner state of balance is reflected in our ability to hold poses like Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III). Can we dance with change and fall with playfulness? This is the practice.

It is not about being good at something, but about being good to yourself. Finding strength and openness in Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II).

A graceful Viparita Virabhadrasana (Reverse Warrior). When you listen to yourself, everything comes naturally from a place of inner knowing.

Be your own warrior. This Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I) is about embodying the strength to bring positive change into your life.

About Yoga in Nature

Practicing under the open sky changes your entire perspective. When you are on a mat in a park, you feel the uneven ground beneath your feet and the breeze on your skin, which forces you to be more present. I incorporate these elements into my outdoor Bangalore classes to help you break away from the artificial, climate controlled environments where we usually spend our days.
