About Our Yoga Community
Yoga is a shared journey, and the energy of a group changes everything. I design these sessions to be accessible, whether I am bringing mats into a busy warehouse for staff or leading a sunrise flow in a local park. It is about creating a space where everyone, regardless of their experience, feels safe to wobble, smile, and find their rhythm together.
Practicing alone has its place, but there is something powerful about moving as a community. My group sessions are built on the principle of 'Antah Asti Prarambhah', meaning the end is just a new beginning. Whether I am guiding CISF officers through their morning practice or facilitating a wellness workshop in a distribution warehouse, the goal remains the same: making yoga feel like a conversation rather than a rigid instruction.
We focus on 'abhyaas' (practice) rather than chasing perfection. In these sessions, you will see participants using straps, blocks, and wheels to safely explore their flexibility. We move, we laugh, and we hold space for each other.
