My practice also includes gentle and restorative sequences perfect for beginners, recovery days, or anyone seeking to relieve stiffness and find calm. This includes the Pawanmuktasana series for joint health and cool-down stretches to help your body unwind.
Advanced Poses & Arm Balances
For those looking to deepen their practice, I offer guidance into more advanced asanas. This collection showcases challenging backbends and arm balances that build exceptional strength, flexibility, and focus. I teach these with a focus on safety and proper alignment.
Yoga in Nature
For me, nature is the ultimate yoga studio. I love taking my practice outdoors to connect with the elements, whether it's on a mountain trek, by the ocean, or in a quiet park. These moments of practice in nature bring a profound sense of peace and grounding.
