Jiu-Jitsu is the art of using leverage and control over brute force. In this clip, you can see a No-Gi grappling session where I am demonstrating how to transition and secure a dominant position on the mat. We focus on safe, technical training for all levels.
It is an honor to train with legends in the field. Here I am with a fellow practitioner after a great Jiu-Jitsu session, wearing my Gi and ready for the next roll.

About Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling: The Art of Control
We focus on safe, technical rolling on high-density mats, ensuring you learn ground fighting mechanics without unnecessary risk. Whether you are training in a Gi or going No-Gi, my approach prioritizes body control over brute strength, so you can manage your opponent regardless of size.
Training with Purpose
Jiu-Jitsu is not just a sport. It is a way to prove that you can handle yourself in any situation, regardless of your opponent's size. My classes at the Sanshinkan MMA studio in Gurgaon are built on the belief that Aatmanirbhar bano—become self-reliant. We work on the mats to build that reality, one session at a time.
Gi vs. No-Gi
We train in both styles to give you a complete picture of grappling.
- Gi Training: Teaches patience, precision, and grip control. It is perfect for those who want to master the fundamentals and understand the traditional roots of the art.
- No-Gi Training: Faster, more athletic, and translates directly to real-world self-defense where clothing might not be involved. This is where we focus on speed and flow.
Why Join Our Mat Family?
Our dojo is a place where you are pushed, but never alone. We celebrate every belt promotion and every small breakthrough. My students range from beginners who have never stepped on a mat to competitors preparing for national events.
If you are worried about not being 'fit enough' to start, let that go. We start where you are. My job is to help you build the strength and consistency to surprise yourself. We don't just train; we grow together. If you are ready to put in the work and be your own general, come by for a session and see how the mats can change your perspective.
