- Environment: Air-conditioned studio with access to a lounge area.
- Scheduling: Flexible rescheduling options typically available for private clients.
Duet Pilates Session
Session Structure
- Ratio: 1 Instructor training 2 Clients simultaneously.
- Format: Performed as synchronized movements on twin Reformers or circuit style (switching between Stability Chair and Reformer).
- Duration: 55 to 60 minutes.
Instruction Style
- Guidance: Reliance on visual cues and verbal corrections suited for a shared training environment.
- Atmosphere: Social setting ideal for couples or friends designed for peer motivation.

Small Group Circuit Class

Why I Do This
I started The Body and Beyond because I love the energy that comes from working with people who want to move better and feel better. The best part? The laughs, the chats, and the little wins we celebrate together. This studio is built on real connections, not just workouts.
How I Teach Pilates
My style is hands-on and pretty straightforward. We work hard, but I always try to keep things light and fun. Some days, you’ll sweat buckets. Other days, you’ll surprise yourself with what your body can do. I’m always checking your form and making sure you’re safe, whether you’re on the mat or using the reformer machines.
Who Can Join
Honestly, anyone. I’ve got folks who are total newbies, and others who are athletes wanting that extra edge. Men, women, young, old - Pilates is for everyone. If you want to build core strength, get more flexible, or just try something new, you’ll fit right in.

- Small group Pilates sessions (duets or trios) if you like a bit of company and motivation

My Story
One year down, still feels wild! The Body and Beyond started as a dream, now it’s a real crew. Honestly, my clients make every day worth it. Love our workouts, but also the random chats and laughs. Learned loads - even tackled the STOTT PILATES Intensive Reformer course just to keep up. Those selfies, those ‘welcome back’ moments, they mean everything.
