About Pilates for Everyone
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all workout. Whether you are using the STOTT PILATES® Reformer or the Stability Chair, I focus on tactile cues to ensure your form is precise and safe. My sessions in Sahakar Nagar are designed to meet you exactly where you are—from athletes needing recovery to complete beginners just wanting to feel better.
Pilates is often misunderstood as being just for women or just for flexibility, but I built The Body and Beyond to change that narrative. My studio is a space where men, women, and families come together to build genuine strength.
Why My Approach Works
I use STOTT PILATES principles to guide every movement. This is not about mindless reps; it is about biomechanics. We focus on how your body is actually functioning so we can correct posture, alleviate stress, and build a core that supports you in daily life.
Inclusive Training for All
- Men's Pilates: Many of my male clients initially come in for injury rehab or to complement their gym training, but they stay because of the intense challenge the equipment provides.
- Family Sessions: I love it when families join together. It turns fitness into a shared win rather than a chore.
- Athletic Conditioning: If you are an athlete, we use the Cadillac and Reformer to push your limits, focusing on body control and range of motion that helps with performance in other sports.
My Equipment
We go beyond the mat. You will work with the SPX Max Reformer, the Cadillac Trapeze Table, and the Stability Chair. These machines provide the resistance and feedback necessary to challenge your muscles in ways gravity alone cannot. Whether it is your first time or your hundredth, we tweak the settings to make sure you are getting the right level of intensity, every single time.
