Full-Studio Pilates Circuits in Sahakar Nagar
Keep your fitness fun with our circuit-style sessions. We mix up the Reformer, Cadillac, and Stability Chair to challenge your balance, stability, and strength in every single move.
This circuit shows a client moving between the Stability Chair and the Cadillac, demonstrating a varied workout that targets different muscle groups.
A great example of a full-body circuit, incorporating the Stability Chair for step-ups and the reformer for planks and leg work.
The Stability Chair is an amazing tool for exercises like this swan dive, which strengthens the entire back of the body.
About Full-Studio Circuits
When you walk into the studio for a circuit class, don't expect a boring, repetitive routine. I cycle you through the Reformer, Stability Chair, and mat work to keep your heart rate up and your muscles guessing. It is intense, but since the group size is tiny—max 3 or 4 people—I can actually watch your form and fix your alignment before you even realize you are doing it wrong.
Why Circuit Training Works
Traditional gym workouts can get repetitive, but our full-studio circuits are designed to keep things fresh. By moving between the STOTT PILATES® SPX Max Reformer and the Stability Chair, you engage different muscle groups that standard mat work just does not hit. We incorporate props like BOSU balls, medicine balls, and resistance bands to add instability, which forces your core to work twice as hard.
What to Expect
These classes are not just about sweat; they are about precision. Because I limit these batches to 3 or 4 people, it is not a crowded class where you get lost in the back. Whether you are stepping up on the Stability Chair or finding your balance on the jumpboard, I am right there to provide the tactile feedback you need to stay safe.
