One thing you should know before booking: I don't just put you on a machine and walk away. Whether you are doing a solo session on the Cadillac or joining a group, I am right there giving you hands-on feedback. It is all about getting your form safe and effective, so do not be surprised if I am constantly tweaking your alignment. It makes the workout feel personal, focused, and effective.
This is not a typical gym where you just wander from machine to machine. I started The Body and Beyond because I wanted a space that felt less like a clinical gym and more like a community where you actually look forward to showing up.
When you walk in, you will see our STOTT PILATES equipment—the Reformer, the Cadillac, and the Stability Chair. We use these not just for exercise, but for actual body movement correction. If you are coming in for a private session, we will do a full postural analysis and tailor the programming to your specific needs, whether that is injury rehab or just trying to get stronger.
For those who love a bit of competition or just need a push, our duet and small group circuits are where the magic happens. We limit these batches to 3 or 4 people. That means you get enough attention to keep your form clean, but you also get the energy of training with others. It gets loud, it gets fun, and you will definitely sweat.
My philosophy is simple: keep it real, keep it safe, and do not take yourself too seriously. You will see me fixing postures, but you will also hear us laughing about random stuff.
