I don't ask my athletes to do anything I haven't done myself. This is my own grind, my transformation, and the discipline that fuels my coaching.

It's always you vs you. A transformation picture showing my own fitness journey. Slow progress is still progress.

Consistency is key. Whether the results are good or bad, you have to keep working. A look into my own training session.

A throwback to my powerlifting days, becoming a national champion. The principles of strength and dedication have stayed with me.

Proud of how far I've come, excited for what's next. A candid shot of me on the field, reflecting on the journey.

Another shot from the field. Every day is a new opportunity to grow.

A smile on my face because I love what I do. Passion is the fuel for success.

Walking on the field, ready for another day of coaching. The grind never stops.

A confident look. I bring the same focus to my own life that I expect from my athletes.

Another candid moment on the field. The journey is long, but I'm ready for the next chapter.

You become what you believe. A short clip of me training, followed by my team ID. It's all connected.

About Practice What You Preach

You will see me training in these photos, but understand this: every movement is calculated. Whether I am hitting a heavy deadlift or refining my running form, I apply the exact same biomechanical principles I teach my athletes. It is about proving that science-backed consistency works, whether you are training for a powerlifting title or the cricket season.

I believe a coach must be the first example of the discipline they preach. If I am talking about fast-twitch fibers or load management, I need to know exactly how that feels in the gym. My journey from a powerlifting national champion to a cricket S&C coach was built on the simple rule: na auron se kam, na auron se shreshth, bas khud se behtar.

Why this matters for your training

When you train with me, you are getting a system that is stress-tested. I document my own workouts to ensure I am refining my technique, testing my limits, and staying current with sports science. It is easy to shout motivational quotes, but it is hard to maintain the load management, mobility, and recovery protocols required for peak performance.

I do not just coach cricket fitness. I live it. Whether I am prepping for a DPL championship or working on my own vertical jump, the approach is identical. We prioritize:

  • Biomechanical Efficiency: Correct movement patterns before adding load to prevent injury.
  • Progressive Overload: Building strength safely over time to ensure you peak at the right moment.
  • The Mental Game: The decision to not quit when the session gets tough.

This is not just for the elite. Whether you are an amateur cricketer or someone looking to build serious strength, the fundamentals remain the same. Consistency in your routine, honesty in your effort, and a smart, science-led approach. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with a clear, proven system, let us get to work.

I am Prravesh. I coach athletes, but first and foremost, I am an athlete myself. I believe if you want to perform on the pitch, you have to earn it in the gym, every single day.
