Deadlifts. Yeh exercise poori body ki strength test karti hai. Sahi form aur technique se hi isse karna chahiye.

Kismat ka rona rone se kuch nahi hota. Mehnat ke saamne sab chhota hai. Yahan main heavy squats kar raha hoon, with a spotter for safety.

Push ups ka ek advanced variation. Bodyweight exercises se bhi aap muscle aur strength build kar sakte hain, agar aap unhe sahi tarike se karein.

Cable crossover for chest. Yeh exercise chest muscles ko ek achha pump deti hai.

Shut up and squat. Leg day ko kabhi skip mat karo. Strong legs hi strong body ki neev hain.

Sit ups on a decline bench. Yeh exercise abs ko effectively target karti hai.

About My Training Style

Mere workouts mein sirf wazan uthana nahi, asli fitness hai. Main HIIT, cardio, aur heavy lifting ka mix use karta hoon taaki tumhari strength aur stamina dono badhe. Yeh routine sirf dikhave ke muscles ke liye nahi, balki functional power ke liye hai jo tumhari daily life mein bhi kaam aayegi.

Meri training philosophy simple hai: wahi karaunga jo main khud karta hoon. Fitness ka matlab sirf gym mein heavy squats marna nahi hai, balki body ko har angle se challenge karna hai. Jab tum mere saath train karte ho, toh hum kabhi bhi ek hi formula pe stuck nahi rahenge.

Hum dumbbells, HIIT circuits, bodyweight movements, aur functional training ko mix karte hain. Iska fayda yeh hai ki tumhari body kabhi plateau nahi karegi aur boredom ka sawaal hi nahi uthta.
