- Environment: Non-AC facility relying on ceiling fans and natural ventilation via large windows.
Training & Support
- Initial Assessment: Body type categorization (Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph) by the head coach.
- Workout Plan: Fixed workout card with a split routine (Push/Pull/Legs) updated every 4 to 6 weeks.
- Nutrition Guide: Standardized PDF diet chart tailored to the specific body type analysis.
- Supervision: General floor monitoring for safety corrections only; does not include rep counting or dedicated spotting.
Premium 1-on-1 Transformation
Personalized Coaching
- Dedicated Trainer: 1-on-1 coaching for 1 hour daily (6 days a week) covering spotting, rep counting, and motivation.
- Form Correction: Hands-on bio-mechanics adjustment for compound lifts like Squats and Deadlifts to prevent injury.
- Progressive Overload: Trainer manually tracks weights and enforces weekly increments to meet bulking or cutting goals.
Nutrition & Accountability
- Dynamic Diet: Customized nutrition plan adjusted weekly based on physical progress, including carb cycling or protein adjustments.
- Monitoring: Mandatory weekly check-ins for weight and inch-loss measurements to track against 30-day targets.

My Story
Hi, nanna hesaru Abi, Vision of Christ Fitness alli (here). What keeps me going? Simple - seeing people walk in stressed, walk out smiling. Shruthi came with thyroid, BP, couldn't lift 5kg. We worked, she lost 13kg, now no meds! Hige kelidre, innu confidence barutte (when I hear this, I get more confidence). Rajini says our gym is her stress-buster. This place is more than just workouts - it's a sanctuary, mind and body both. We support, we guide, we celebrate together.
