Honestly, most people come to me hoping to drop weight or manage some health issue. But I’m not really in the business of quick fixes. I look for the real problem, not just the symptoms. Mere liye (for me), health ka matlab hai (means) fixing what’s inside first. If you’re just popping pills for diabetes or BP, you’re stuck in a loop. I use lab reports and science-based fitness coaching to get to the root.

Weight training is my main tool. We don’t do random workouts - every session is designed for your goals. Proper form is non-negotiable, so you avoid injuries and actually see results.
