- Check-ins: Monthly progress tracking using weighing scale and tape measurements.

90-Day Intensive Transformation Package

- Duration: Fixed 90-day term.
- Frequency: High-intensity training 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
- Access: Includes gym floor membership fees for the duration of the program.

- Diet Management: Personalized diet charts with specific calorie deficits or surpluses.
- Tracking: Bi-weekly body composition analysis (Fat % vs Muscle Mass) and photo documentation.
