I don’t sugarcoat things. If you show up, I’ll make sure you work for every bit of your transformation. I believe the body follows where the mind leads, so my training is about building both. If you want to quit after a couple of tough sessions, this isn’t for you. If you want to fight through and see real change, you’re in the right place.

My Story

Exercise isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling alive. That’s why I kicked off SP Workout Zone. Here, we’re Team SP, pushing each other past limits, laughing through group aerobics dance, sweating it out, and even hitting a cricket ball when we’re not at the weights. We party together, from Ugadi to Diwali, birthdays too. This is more than a gym, it’s our lifestyle. Stronger than excuses, always.
