About Our Gym & Community
This isn't a fancy club with endless rows of touch-screen machines. You’ll find heavy iron plates, a dedicated functional training turf with battle ropes, and a layout designed for actual movement. This is a working space for people who come here to sweat, lift, and clear their minds.
Our gym layout is built on a simple premise: if it doesn't help you build strength or improve your movement, we don't prioritize it. You will find wide open spaces for functional training, where we focus on compound movements like deadlifts, tire flips, and battle rope drills.
We believe that a gym should be a sanctuary, not a showroom. Our facilities are designed for intensity, with heavy iron plates reaching up to 50kg+ to support serious strength gains. We use ceiling fans and natural ventilation to keep the air flowing, focusing our investment on quality equipment rather than climate-controlled luxuries.
You can find us at four locations across Bangalore: Laggere, Bedarahalli, Vijayanagar, and Naagarbhavi. Each branch follows the same philosophy. You get access to a community that celebrates your wins, whether you lost your first 5kg or finally hit a personal best on the squat rack.
