Yoga is not just about the mat. Sometimes, we get stuck in our practice, and that is okay. These sessions are for those who want to refine their alignment and deepen their commitment to Sadhana.

Even as a teacher, I need corrections to refine my own practice. This is a humbling process where a fellow teacher helps me with my alignment in Surya Kriya. This is the kind of detailed support I offer in my Sadhana workshops to help you deepen your practice.

Announcing our Sadhana workshops for those looking to enhance their practice. In these sessions, we focus on individual corrections, advanced asanas, and getting the alignment just right to take your Hatha Yoga to the next level.

A class engaged in preparatory postures for a deeper practice. Proper warm-ups and sequencing are crucial for preparing the body and preventing injury, which is a core part of my teaching methodology.

A short demonstration of the dynamic movements in Hatha Yoga. My goal is to show that the practice is a solution for many of life's challenges, and the motivation comes from doing it, even just for today.

This was my first introduction to Surya Kriya in 2016. This one practice stayed with me and became my access key to everything. It is this profound experience that I aim to transmit to others.

About For the Dedicated Practitioner

Even with a consistent daily practice, small misalignments can creep in. You might think you are doing a posture perfectly, but your knee could be a degree off or your spine not fully extended in a way you simply cannot see yourself. In these correction sessions, we look at the geometry of your body. It is a humbling process, but it is the necessary path to move past a plateau and truly deepen your Sadhana.

Sadhana is not about big, flashy poses. It is about precision and the subtle inner changes that happen when your alignment is correct.

Why Practice Corrections Matter

Whether you practice Surya Kriya, Angamardana, or basic Yogasanas, the effectiveness of the practice relies on the geometry of the body. When you practice alone at home, your body creates habits that are often difficult to spot. My role as a teacher is to act as a mirror. I provide the hands-on adjustments and micro-corrections that change how the practice impacts your system.

The Space

We conduct these sessions at the Tattva Hatha Yoga Center in Doddakallasandra. The hall is simple, clean, and quiet, designed to keep your focus internal. We do not use loud music or distracting backgrounds. The environment is about silence and the collective energy of the Sangha (community), which often pushes you to do a little more than you would alone.

Who This Is For

These sessions are for those already initiated into Isha Hatha Yoga who feel their practice has become mechanical or stagnant. If you are struggling with a specific posture or want to transition into advanced variations, this is the time to come. We also dedicate time after practice for a Q&A where we discuss practical lifestyle supports like diet and sleep routines that act as fuel for your practice.

I see yoga as a tool for inner transformation, not just as a physical workout. In my studio, we do not worry about fancy clothes or big crowds. We focus on the subtle, precise alignment that turns your practice into true Sadhana.
