About Workout Flows & Circuits: Get Started Now

When you pick up a Gada or Mudgar, you are training with a lever, not a fixed weight. Unlike dumbbells, these tools require your entire body to act as an anchor. Whether you are doing Parikrama swings or wood choppers, your core and legs are constantly firing to manage the movement. This makes every circuit a full-body conditioning session, training your muscles to work together in real-world planes of motion.
