Forget counting boring reps. Learn to swing with purpose, build functional strength, and connect with your body using traditional Indian Gada and Mudgar flows.

Short on time? Here's a 30-minute workout with just one Gada. Four movements, four sets. This will get you sweating and give you a solid workout.

A quick but intense workout of the day. This circuit includes Warrior Swings, Horse Stance Power Snatches, and Straight Arm Grip Shifts. Repeat 3 to 5 times for a killer full-body session.

Here is a circuit to fire up your upper body. It combines Single Hand Parikrama Swings, Chin Ups, and Bicep Curls for a comprehensive upper body blast.

Gada wood choppers are a very effective movement for building a strong core. You can add this to your routine along with medicine ball throws to build functional, rotational strength.

This is our Warrior Mace Flow, using an 11kg club. This pattern of movement works the entire body, with the lower body acting as an anchor. It's an advanced flow that tests strength, stability, and endurance.

This video demonstrates several movements for building rotational strength. We show Farmer Throws, Wood Choppers, and Rotational Parikramas, all of which train your body in multiple planes of motion.

A continuation of our rotational strength series. The Gada is an exceptional tool for these kinds of movements, which are often neglected in standard gym workouts.

A full body circuit using the Mudgar, Gada, Samtola, and bodyweight. This includes Double Mudgar swings, Sapaate, and the Chakravyuha. Add a weight vest to increase the intensity.

Tagda Raho is where movements make magic. A quick clip showing a dynamic flow with the Samtola, demonstrating the creative and athletic potential of our equipment.

If you don't like going to the gym, 'Tagda' is your answer. Pick up a Gada, Mudgar, or Samtola and experience the transformation. That's a promise.

About Workout Flows & Circuits: Get Started Now

When you pick up a Gada or Mudgar, you are training with a lever, not a fixed weight. Unlike dumbbells, these tools require your entire body to act as an anchor. Whether you are doing Parikrama swings or wood choppers, your core and legs are constantly firing to manage the movement. This makes every circuit a full-body conditioning session, training your muscles to work together in real-world planes of motion.

The Physics of Real Strength

Most gym equipment isolates muscles. That is not how we are designed to move. Traditional Indian equipment like the Gada (mace) and Mudgar (Indian clubs) act as levers. When you swing a Gada, the weight is stacked against you, forcing your body to engage stabilising muscles that usually get ignored. It is not about how much you can lift, but how well you can move.

Circuits That Get Results

We design our flows to be dynamic. If you have 30 minutes, you can get a full-body blast by combining:

  • Parikrama Swings: For shoulder mobility and grip.
  • Wood Choppers: To fire up your obliques and core.
  • Sapaate: Traditional wrestler conditioning for stamina.

These movements are designed to be fluid. You aren't just moving weight; you are moving yourself. Our circuits, like the 'Warrior Mace Flow,' require your glutes and core to stay active throughout, or you will lose your balance. That constant engagement is what builds functional strength that transfers to everything else you do, from running to heavy lifting.

How to Get Started

Start light. We always tell beginners that 2kg to 4kg is plenty when you are learning the stance and the swing. The goal is form. Once you master the rhythm, we have intermediate and advanced series, including our modular travel series, to keep the challenge growing. Our community, the Tagda Tribe, is here to check your form, and our digital tutorials cover everything you need to practice safely at home. Don't worry about being perfect from day one. Just pick up the tool, find your cadence, and start moving.
