The biggest shift you'll face here isn't just the weight—it's the balance. Unlike standard gym dumbbells, our Gadas and Mudgars are uneven by design, forcing your core to stabilize constantly as you move. It is why you will find your functional strength and grip improving faster than you expect.

We didn't start Tagda Raho to build fancy gyms with air conditioning and mirrors. We started it to bring back the Akhara spirit. Whether you are a runner, a yogi, or just tired of the repetitive nature of machines, this system is for you. We focus on multi-planar movements that actually carry over into your daily life.

What to expect in your first session:

  • Foundation First: We don't throw heavy weights at you on day one. We start with movement mechanics. You learn how to move your body through the flow before you load it up.
  • The Equipment: You will train with Gadas, Mudgars, and Samtolas. These aren't just tools; they are pieces of engineering, lathed from solid Sheesham wood. They challenge your stability, grip, and rotational power in ways a static weight never could.
  • The Community: Our dugouts in Bengaluru and Pune aren't places to show off. They are spaces to share the burden and the progress. Everyone is here to get stronger, not to compare muscles.

I am Rishabh. After a serious injury left me with partial paralysis, I didn't turn to medicine alone—I turned to our own roots. I founded Tagda Raho because I wanted to share the strength I regained, not just the tools I used. We are a community that believes in movement that lasts a lifetime.
