Level 1 Foundation Instructor Certification
Core Curriculum
- 3 day offline course structure (approx. 18 to 20 hours).
- Covers 30+ fundamental movements including Gada swings, Mudgar flows, and Parikrama.
- Instruction on biomechanics, asymmetric weight distribution, and torque.
- Practical form assessment and written exam on the final day.
Venue & Tools
- Hosted at The Dugout (semi outdoor turf and sandpit facility).
- Usage of premium Sheesham wood equipment during the workshop (equipment not included for takeaway).
- Includes printed training manual and physical certification.
Level 2 Advanced Flow & Coaching Certification
Advanced Techniques
- Training on multi planar flows and complex compound chains.
- Instruction on dual Mudgar coordination and heavy Gada handling.
- Program design education for specific goals like hypertrophy and mobility.
Requirements & Mentorship
- Restricted to L1 graduates with minimum 30 days of post certification practice.
- Direct mentorship and feedback from senior coaches.
- Advanced cueing for injury prevention and technique regression.
- Level 2 Certificate provided upon passing the final practical exam.

My Story
Log bolte hain, 'Kyun Gada, kyun Mudgar?' For me, it was personal - I had 70% paralysis in my hand. Doctors said what they had to, but I went back to our roots. Gada training brought me back, pura strength, full movement. Tab samajh aaya, yeh purani cheez nahi, timeless hai. Humne Tagda Raho shuru kiya - not to invent, bas yaad dilane ke liye. Pehle do students the, ab army train kar rahe hain. Our tribe climbs Everest, breaks marathon records, finds pain relief. Yeh sirf workout nahi, movement hai. Tagda Raho.
