Double Mudgar drills are tough but incredibly rewarding. They demand a huge amount of strength from your stabilizing muscles. Start with a light pair, around 2 to 4 kgs, and focus on controlling the movement.

Ever wondered what a pair of 2kg clubs can do? This movement, the slinger extension, will get your heart racing and build serious rotational strength. It's a great cross body drill for athletes in any sport.
