About Our Tribe in Action

Don't worry about being fit before you start. Whether you are lifting a Gada for the first time or you have been training for years, our coaches focus on your form, not max weight. You will move barefoot on the sand or turf, which forces you to engage stability muscles you have been ignoring in typical gym shoes.
