About Our Tribe in Action
Don't worry about being fit before you start. Whether you are lifting a Gada for the first time or you have been training for years, our coaches focus on your form, not max weight. You will move barefoot on the sand or turf, which forces you to engage stability muscles you have been ignoring in typical gym shoes.

We did not invent this, we just refused to forget it. Our training is about functional strength that transfers to real life, not just how you look in the mirror. What Happens at the Dugout
- No Machines, Just Mechanics: You won't find treadmills here. We use open-air turf and sandpits. Working out in the sandpit,
Akhadastyle, builds resilience and gives you a grounded connection to the earth. - Coach-Led Form: Whether it is a HIIT circuit or a slow flow, our L1 certified trainers are always watching. They correct your stance, grip, and breathing so you can progress safely to heavier maces.
- A Tribe, Not a Crowd: You will see people from all walks of life here. Mountaineers, runners, desk workers, and absolute beginners. The energy is infectious. People cheer for each other because everyone here started exactly where you are.
