At Troop, we believe fitness is better when you're not doing it alone. From intense weekend challenges to skill-focused sessions in Domlur, we sweat, struggle, and grow together.

About this collection

Our group sessions aren't about mindless reps in a crowded gym. We cap classes at six people, which means you get actual coaching instead of just following instructions from the front. Whether we are tackling a partner workout or a deep mobility drill, you receive hands-on feedback on your form to make sure you are training safely and effectively.

Why We Keep It Small

Most gyms focus on volume, but we focus on technique. By limiting our group classes to just six members, I can ensure everyone is moving correctly. If you are struggling with a specific movement, like a kettlebell press or a deep squat, I can step in and correct your biomechanics on the spot. This ensures you build strength without picking up bad habits or injuries.

The Troop Vibe

Training is better when you have a squad to share the experience with. We hold events like 'Burn and Brunch' to mix hard work with some well-deserved downtime, but the core of our community is in the daily grind. We celebrate the process—the messy, non-linear progression that comes with mastering a new skill or hitting a personal best.

What You Get

Our hybrid training methodology mixes Calisthenics, Gymnastics Strength Training, and heavy lifting. You won't find mindless cardio machines here. Instead, we use tools like:

  • Wooden rings and parallettes for gymnastics work
  • Olympic barbells and bumper plates for strength
  • Loaded mobility drills for hip and shoulder health

We are based in Domlur. Our studio is designed to be a functional space for anyone who values long-term health over short-term trends. If you are tired of the big-box gym environment and want a place where your progress is tracked and your form is prioritized, this is the right spot.
