Forget the isolation of modern gym machines. At our dugouts, we train in open spaces on turf and sandpits. This is where you learn to move with intent, using tools like the Gada and Mudgar to build real, functional strength that transfers to your everyday life.
Our approach is not about chasing aesthetics or mindless reps. It is about engineering movement back into your life. We believe that Indian training practices, when blended with modern sports science, provide a complete system for health and longevity.
The Prahaar Method
Our core curriculum, Prahaar, focuses on asymmetric weight training and rotational power. Whether you are using a Gada, Mudgar, or Samtola, you are learning to balance, stabilize, and move your body as a single unit. This is why athletes, desk workers, and people overcoming injury find our methods effective. It is tough, yes, but it is also designed to fix posture, resolve chronic pain, and make you move efficiently.
More Than A Workout
Tagda Raho is a community. We have members who have summited Everest, runners smashing marathon records, and people who simply want to stay fit without the boredom of a treadmill. We operate out of open-air 'Dugouts' in Bengaluru and Pune, where the environment is as much a part of the training as the equipment. You train barefoot on sand and turf, connecting with the ground, which naturally improves your stability and motor skills.
