This is a glimpse of a workshop I conducted for a multinational corporation to empower their female employees. We cover practical, real-world scenarios including ground defense and weapon threats in a safe and supportive group environment.

About Corporate & Women's Safety Workshops

My workshops skip the fancy tournament moves and focus entirely on survival. Whether we are in your office boardroom or my Malad West studio, I train you to maintain your composure—ghabrana nahi hai—and apply simple, effective leverage techniques to escape holds or armed threats, regardless of your fitness background.

Training for Real-Life Threats

Self-defense is not about being a fighter; it is about knowing how to survive when you are in danger. In these workshops, I remove the sport element of Taekwondo and focus on tactical responses. We do not practice choreographed movements. Instead, we simulate real-world scenarios that you might face during your daily commute, at the office, or in public spaces.

Corporate Safety Seminars

I conduct workshops for MNCs and offices across Mumbai. These are not lectures; they are interactive, 90 to 120-minute sessions. We cover:

  • Situational Awareness: Identifying threats before they happen.
  • Workplace Safety: How to defend against grabs or aggression in common office areas like elevators or parking lots.
  • De-escalation: Using your voice and stance to prevent a physical confrontation.
  • Weapon Defense: Practical drills on how to create distance if faced with a knife or an edged weapon. We use rubber training aids so your team practices safely.

We come to your premises, and techniques are adapted for office attire—no special gear is required.

Women’s Self-Defense Modules

My studio-based workshops in Malad West focus on vulnerability and practical escape strategies. We work on:

  • Ground Defense: If you are pushed to the ground, you need to know how to use your heels and knees to neutralize a stronger attacker.
  • Anti-Abduction: Escaping from rear attacks, wrist grabs, and hair grabs.
  • Vital Point Striking: Targeting vulnerable areas to create a window of opportunity to run.
