- Safety Module: Anti-molestation drills and using everyday objects as defensive tools.

- Equipment: Provider brings kick shields and focus mitts for impact training.

Intensive Self-Defence Bootcamp (12 Sessions)
Course Structure
- Format: 12 sessions typically spread over 1 month.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Batch Size: Small to medium groups of 10 to 15 students for personal attention.

- Fitness Conditioning: High-intensity bootcamp style warm-ups including burpees and core strengthening.
- Combat Basics: Stance training, basic punching mechanics, and kicking techniques.
- Defensive Maneuvers: Blocking techniques and reflex training against sudden attacks.
- Sparring: Introduction to controlled contact concepts.
Deliverables
- Apparel: Includes one branded practice T-shirt (No uniform purchase required).

What You Learn
I teach practical self-defence techniques rooted in Karate-based self-defence moves. You'll get fitter, faster, and mentally tougher through cardio kickboxing and bootcamp drills. I push you on situational awareness, so you spot trouble before it finds you. That’s what real-life threat response looks like.

My Story
We’re All India Shotokan Karate-Do Federation, but honestly, we’re more like one big family of fighters. Karate isn’t just kicks and punches for us, it’s about heart, discipline, and that budo spirit. We’ve got sand in our shoes from training on beaches, and pride in our voices when we yell 'Bharat Mata ki Jai!' Our journey’s all about watching kids and adults push past limits, together—side by side, sweat and smiles.
