About Empowering Women Through Strength
I see so many women hold back because they think heavy lifting makes them 'bulky,' which is just a myth. In my sessions at The Wellness Club Gym Xpress, we focus on technique first—fixing your form on the Smith machine or perfecting your squat depth—before we add weight. You don't need to fear the barbell; you need to master it.
Many of my female clients come to me with the same worry: 'Will I get too bulky?' Let’s get this straight: building a feminine, toned physique requires resistance training. It is the only way to shape muscle and boost your metabolism.
At The Wellness Club Gym Xpress in Pitampura, we do not do 'lightweights' just for the sake of it. We focus on compound movements like the deadlift and bench press because those are what actually build bone density and functional strength. If you are new to the gym, I will teach you the basics of your posture so you don't pick up injuries. If you are already lifting, we will work on increasing your 1RM (one-rep max) safely.
We mix it up. You aren't just stuck on a treadmill. We use kettlebells for functional stability, do lat pulldowns for back strength, and incorporate core work that actually makes a difference in your day-to-day life. I don't give generic PDFs; I watch your form during every single rep to ensure you aren't compensating with your lower back.
