Pregnancy is a wild ride, and sometimes it's more about managing back pain and bloating than just glowing. We focus on practical, safe yoga to keep your pelvic floor strong, your body balanced, and your mind ready for what comes next.

We use props like chairs to make yoga accessible and safe for every stage of pregnancy. Here, my students are practicing a modified lunge to build leg strength and open the hips without any strain.
