Pregnancy is a wild ride, and sometimes it's more about managing back pain and bloating than just glowing. We focus on practical, safe yoga to keep your pelvic floor strong, your body balanced, and your mind ready for what comes next.

We use props like chairs to make yoga accessible and safe for every stage of pregnancy. Here, my students are practicing a modified lunge to build leg strength and open the hips without any strain.

About The Pregnancy Journey: Strength & Sisterhood

You do not need to be flexible to start. In our sessions, we use wall ropes, bolsters, and chairs to support your weight and take the strain off your lower back. Whether you are dealing with sciatica or just struggling to get out of a chair, we adjust the asanas to match your energy level that specific day, keeping you and the baby safe.

Pregnancy is a physical marathon. My classes are designed to bridge the gap between ancient Garbhsanskar wisdom and the modern realities of carrying a child in a busy city like Delhi NCR. We move beyond generic stretches to target the specific issues that actually matter.

What We Work On

  • Trimester-Specific Care: We do not do one-size-fits-all. First trimester flows focus on nausea management, second trimester on pelvic floor opening like Malasana, and third on labor-prep breathing.
  • Real-Life Recovery: Postpartum is where the real work begins. We focus on gentle core engagement and breathwork to help you heal without rushing the process.
  • Support System: Whether you join the small group studio cohort in Faridabad or book a private high-risk session, you get more than just a workout. You get a community of women going through the same fears and joys.

Why Practice With Me?

I have been where you are, and I know the fear that comes with labor. I teach from experience, not a textbook. We use Vedic chanting for mental calm, but we also talk about the practical stuff like digestion and sleep positions. This is a space to be honest about the bad days and celebrate the good ones.
