Our Kaggadasapura studio is built on community and real, practical learning. We keep it simple: no fancy distractions, just a supportive environment to practice yoga, manage your health, and connect with fellow practitioners.

About Our Studio and Community
Our studio is not designed to look like a high-end wellness resort. We prioritize a functional space where you can focus on your practice, whether you are using props to assist with a pose or learning a traditional cleansing technique. It is a shared space where seniors, young professionals, and children feel equally comfortable, and our small group batches ensure you receive enough individual attention to practice safely.
We believe yoga should be accessible and rooted in research. That is why our teaching connects directly to the principles of S-VYASA, ensuring our methods are grounded in tradition rather than fitness trends.
Practical Studio Setup
We provide all the necessary props, including mats, foam blocks, and cotton straps. These are not optional extras. They are fundamental tools that help beginners and those with physical limitations achieve correct alignment, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing the benefits of each pose.
Community and Support
You will find a mix of people here. Some come for stress relief, others to manage specific conditions like BP, diabetes, or chronic back pain. The community vibe helps keep you consistent, as having regular practice partners makes showing up much easier. It is a place where you can switch off the noise of the city and focus on your breathing.
Authentic Guidance
Our approach is to keep things simple. We focus on Hatha yoga, breathwork, and Kriyas like Jala Neti and Jyoti Trataka. You will not find overly complex or aesthetic poses here that look good for social media but offer no health value. Instead, we focus on what helps you breathe better, sleep soundly, and move without pain. Whether you are looking for a morning energy boost or evening relaxation, our schedule is built to fit into a standard city lifestyle.
